I am pleased to announce that The Way to Hawassa is heading to Sheffield England as an official selection of SCFF, 2024. This is a testimony to the power of media to share stories that resonate with people around the globe. My recent documentary work has been showcased in England, Canada, across the USA from the East Coast to the West Coast; in Germany to international cohorts ranging from throughout Europe to South Korea. I am so happy to see The Way to Hawassa continuing to have reach and impact.

What is our responsibility, as individuals and as a society, to care for the most vulnerable among us? Thy Neighbor explores this question while following one of the largest homeless encampments in Northern CA, and the community response to it.
We have completed production on a new feature documentary film, Thy Neighbor, and are busy editing this powerful story of a community in crisis as it grapples with one of the one of the largest homeless encampments in Northern California.
We are proud to announce that Thy Neighbor (formerly titled Beyond the Shadows) was an official selection of the EuroDoc International Lab for Creative Documentary Production. This was an exciting opportunity for international cohorts to see work samples of Thy Neighbor.
Our silent auction & afternoon tea benefit for The Way to Hawassa was a huge success, and a beautiful event.
